Lynitta Karley joined Sterling Martin Associates in 2023 as Manager of Digital Media. She brings with her more than seven years of experience in web design, web development, and content strategy from her previous roles in the digital marketing, SEO, education, health, and legal sectors. As a liaison between internal teams, clients, and other major stakeholders, Lynitta analyzes and coordinates all web and marketing elements, ideating new strategies and ensuring growth of the overall company presence.
Lynitta holds a Bachelor’s of Arts in English Literature from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, which has equipped her with key skills in writing, copy editing, and journalism. She is also currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Health, through which she continues to learn more about scientific research methodologies and the impacts of public policy on community health.
In her free time, she enjoys painting, playing the violin, and engaging in outdoor activities such as tennis and hiking. She is passionate about involving herself in her community and continues to volunteer for shelters, churches, and other nonprofit organizations.
