Caitlin Link joined Sterling Martin Associates in 2024 as a Research Associate and later as the Communications and Research Associate. In this role, she conducts candidate research and uses her database experience to find candidates for the firm’s clients.
Caitlin brings with her more than four years of research, database, and recruiting experience. She has conducted a wide variety of research for museums, galleries, and auction houses and recruited new associates at management consulting firm Bain & Company.
Caitlin earned her Master’s degree in Art History from Oxford University and her BA from Skidmore College in Art History, French, and English literature. Outside of work, she can be found exploring her local parks and wildlife refuges or immersed in a good book.
