Damarys Albino joined Sterling Martin Search Associates on June 2022 as Vice President. Prior to joining SMA, Damarys was the Director and Head of Human Capital for the International Federation of Accountants, where she served as a key member of the senior leadership team since 2017.
Damarys’ human resource career in the financial and non-for-profit industries spans over 20 years. She has served as Head of Human Resources for MUREX Americas, Director of Human Resources for Quantitative Management Associates, and Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for Lehman Brothers Investment banking division. Earlier in her career, Damarys was the Human Resources Generalist for New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York for 11 years. Damarys holds a B.S. in Organization Development and has been an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 1993.
