Jessica Killmon is the Director of Client Services with Sterling Martin Associates (SMA). She joined SMA in September 2018 and now supports all of our senior executive and senior staff searches. Jessica plays a critical role in client communications, as well as in SMA’s participation in industry events. Her focus on detail and her positive attitude enable SMA to serve its clients efficiently and effectively.
Jessica brings 10 years of experience in training, benefits, compensation, and HRMS. She has worked with organizations such as the National Geographic Society, Coventry Healthcare, and Crowell and Moring LLP. Most recently, she’s brought her attention to detail and outstanding customer service attitude to her work in the real estate sector.
Jessica earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Psychology from Radford University. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons and currently lives in Annapolis, MD.
