Jordana O’Grady joined Sterling Martin in 2025 as Director of Administration and Operations. With more than 15 years of federal experience, Jordana brings deep experience navigating complex, high-stakes environments. She is passionate about building strong internal cultures, streamlining workflows, and enabling teams to do their best work.
Prior to joining Sterling Martin, Jordana led a team of communicators with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, supporting a portfolio touching 90% of the prescriptions filled in the United States.
Jordana holds a master’s degree in Strategic Communications from American University and a bachelor’s degree in English from The George Washington University.
