Kristen Shifrin serves as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Sterling Martin Associates, having joined the company in 2025. Her background encompasses over two decades of leadership and administrative expertise, serving as an Intelligence Officer in the United States Army.
Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Auburn University, as well as Master’s degrees in Human Resource Management from Webster University and Higher Education Administration from the University of Louisville.
She resides in San Antonio, Texas, with her husband, two children, and their two bloodhounds.
