Tammy Cassidy joined Sterling Martin, a ZRG Company, as a Senior Associate, bringing more than 30 years of experience in executive search, talent acquisition, and human resources. She has led executive and senior-level searches across higher education, nonprofit, healthcare, financial services, life sciences, and professional services, with a growing focus on mission-driven leadership in higher education and nonprofit organizations.
Known for her thoughtful, relationship-centered approach, Tammy partners with boards, presidents, and senior leaders to identify candidates whose experience, values, and leadership style align with institutional needs and long-term goals. She is committed to deploying creative sourcing strategies to build strong, diverse candidate pools and foster lasting client relationships.
Before joining Sterling Martin, Tammy served as a Senior Consultant with Summit Search Solutions, specializing in executive searches for higher education and nonprofit organizations. Previously, she was a Managing Associate with DSG Storbeck Search, where she supported searches for colleges, universities, and nonprofit organizations. Earlier, she spent more than a decade with Salveson Stetson Group, conducting senior-level searches across multiple industries, and held progressively senior roles with Diversified Search Companies’ Healthcare Practice. Tammy began her career in human resources with ARAMARK.
Tammy holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Eastern University, a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rowan University.
