Allinial Global Selects Tony Sacre as New CEO
Accounting association Allinial Global has appointed Tony Sacre as its new CEO. Sacre is the first CEO from the APAC region to lead the association. He started this role on April 9, 2025.
A Board member at Allinial since 2019, he is familiar with the organization and has built strong relationships with member firms. With more than 25 years of leadership experience in the financial sector spanning across financial markets, trade finance, and strategic advisory services, Tony will help position Allinial as the premier association for independent accounting and advisory firms worldwide.
He joins Allinial from Bentleys Australia and New Zealand, a mid-tier accounting firm and member of Allinial Global, where he served as CEO for six years. He has worked with institutions such as ANZ Banking Group, Commonwealth Bank, HSBC, JP Morgan, and National Australia Bank.
Tony earned his Bachelor of Business from Queensland University of Technology and his M.B.A. from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants, and a Chartered Accountant (CA) with the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
