Interim Executive Director

The Opportunity

American Mensa, Ltd and the Mensa Education and Research Foundation (AML) seek a strategic Interim Executive Director (ED) who can maintain the organization’s legacy of excellence and support the continued achievement of AML’s mission, vision, strategy, and annual goals, and objectives. The Interim ED will work closely with the Board of Directors and be responsible for the general, day‐to‐day administration of the affairs of the 23 staff, $4.5 million revenue organization. S/he will ensure the continued success of the organization, maintain strategic initiatives, and continue the organization’s legacy.

Founded in 1960, American Mensa, Ltd. is the largest national Mensa operating under Mensa International. With a mission to identify and foster human intelligence for the benefit of humanity, American Mensa provides a vibrant community for its members, offering social and intellectual engagement, as well as opportunities for networking, education, and research.
