National Motor Freight Traffic Association Hires New Chief Marketing Officer

NMFTA CMO Washington, D.C. (September 13, 2022) – The National Motor Freight Traffic Association (NMFTA) recently hired Helen Mosher as their new chief marketing officer. Mosher has over two decades of marketing and communications experience for nonprofits and associations.

Mosher joins NMFTA after nearly five years with NARFE: The Association for Federal Employees and Retirees. She held a succession of roles with NARFE, most recently as Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Membership for the organization. Mosher is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) through ASAE. She holds a BA in English from Temple University.

NMFTA’s classification system organizes all freight into 18 major categories. NMFTA is unique among trade organizations, playing a key role in commerce by distributing SCAC and classification codes used by the trucking industry.
