The American Society of Breast Surgeons (ASBrS) recently announced the appointment of Cassandra “Cass” Isidro as its new Executive Director. With more than 30 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, Isidro brings expertise in member-focused leadership, strategic planning, governance, and driving initiatives that increase organizational impact.
In her role as Executive Director, Isidro will oversee the Society’s ongoing operations and strategic planning, while working closely with the Board to advance its mission. She is committed to building on the Society’s strong foundation and increasing value for members.
As a mission-driven leader, Isidro brings together nonprofit and business strategies to drive organizational impact. She previously served as the CEO of the Amputee Coalition, and in senior leadership roles at education and health-related associations.
