The International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) recently announced that Heidi M. Cramb has been named Executive Director of IMSA.
Cramb brings extensive experience in association management, with a focus on certification, membership and marketing. Throughout her career, she has worked to help membership-based associations thrive in times of uncertainty.
As Executive Director, Cramb will oversee staff operations at the Rockledge, FL, headquarters, and lead the organization’s certification, membership and marketing programs. She will also be responsible for implementing IMSA’s strategic goals and continuing to strengthen its role as a leader in public safety.
Cramb joined IMSA in September 2025 as Interim Executive Director, succeeding Executive Director Catherine Wasner. Prior to joining IMSA, Cramb served as Executive Director of the American Culinary Federation, where she led strategic vision and operations for the organization’s 14,000+ members.
