Washington D.C. (August 30, 2021) – The California Society of CPAs (CalCPA), the nation’s largest state CPA society, recently announced Denise LeDuc Froemming, CPA, CAE, MBA as their new President and CEO, effective October 18, 2021.
Froemming’s professional experience includes more than 34 years in accounting and management along with 23 years in the nonprofit and association sectors. Froemming is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Association Executive (CAE). She holds a Master of Business Administration from Norther Illinois University
Froemming joins CalCPA from her most recent role as Chief Executive Officer/Executive Vice President for the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), a role which she has held for nearly four years.
