Kevin Stroop
Executive Recruiter
Kevin Stroop joined Sterling Martin Associates in 2023 as an Executive Recruiter. In this role he identifies and attracts potential candidates, prepares candidate bios, and presents candidate profiles to nonprofit client search committees.
Kevin brings with him more than six years of wide-ranging recruiting experience that includes scientific entry- to executive-level searches at federal agencies as well as public and private companies. He began his career working in molecular diagnostics and cancer research before managing recruitment for a large contract with the National Institutes of Health. Prior to joining Sterling Martin Associates, he served as a full-cycle recruiter and federal and scientific expert at Korn Ferry for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors.
Kevin holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Eastern Virginia Medical School, an MBA, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
