Zach Collins joined Sterling Martin Associates in 2024 as a skilled Executive Recruiter. A seasoned professional specializing in identifying top-tier talent for organizations across diverse industries, he brings more than 10 years of executive recruitment experience to Sterling Martin.
Prior to this role, Zach started his own consulting firm, providing executive recruiting consulting services. He was also an executive recruiter specializing in start-up healthcare organizations for retained executive search firms.
Zach earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from The Ohio State University and a Masters degree in Sports Management from West Virginia University. He and his wife live in Columbus, Ohio, with their two kids. Outside of the office, Zach enjoys playing golf, traveling with his family, and Ohio State Athletics.
