“I’m looking for a true partner. I value leaders who bring expertise, judgment, and independent thinking. I want someone who will ask hard questions, challenge assumptions, identify risks and unintended consequences, and tell me what I need to hear, not what they think I want to hear. I don’t want a yes-person. I want a trusted advisor and teammate.” — Mary Lue Peck, President
