The Texas Association for Home Care & Hospice (TAHCH) seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead the organization in advancing the interests of its members and the quality of home care and hospice services delivered to Texans statewide. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in association leadership, advocacy, member engagement, and strategic management.

The Executive Director serves as the chief staff officer, working closely with the Board of Directors to guide the organization’s strategic direction and oversee operations, finances, programs, and member services. The Executive Director also serves as the primary spokesperson and advocate for TAHC&H before policymakers, regulatory agencies, and industry stakeholders.

Founded in 1969, TAHC&H is a statewide, member-driven nonprofit association representing more than 1,200 home care and hospice organizations across Texas. The association supports its members through advocacy, education, networking, and professional resources, and plays a key role in shaping the legislative and regulatory environment for home-based care. Guided by its mission to support high-quality, accessible home care and hospice services, TAHC&H promotes a strong and sustainable provider community across the state. The organization represents a diverse membership of providers and is recognized as a leading voice for the industry in Texas.
