The Turnaround Management Association (TMA) seeks an Executive Director & CEO (CEO) to lead the premier global organization dedicated to turnaround management, corporate restructuring, and distressed investing.

TMA is a global nonprofit with more than 10,000 turnaround and corporate renewal professionals across 57 chapters worldwide, including 32 in North America. Members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, liquidators, consultants, as well as academic, government employees, and members of the judiciary. TMA supports this community through professional certifications, global and regional conferences, chapter programming, publications including the Journal of Corporate Renewal, and year-round education and networking.

Headquartered in Chicago, TMA has a staff of more than 15 and two contracted employees in London who support TMA Europe, its wholly owned subsidiary. TMA has a budget of approximately $5M.
