Our executive coaching services are designed to provide the ongoing support and guidance needed for executives to thrive in their new roles.
At Sterling Martin, we believe that successful leadership transitions extend far beyond the initial placement.
To support a seamless transition, SM offers 12 customized executive coaching sessions during the new executive’s first year—one per month. Designed for senior leaders, this program provides strategic guidance to help navigate complex organizational dynamics and integrate effectively. It reflects SM’s commitment to long-term success by ensuring each placement is set up to lead with confidence and impact.
To support our clients and candidates, we also offer individual or group executive coaching to executives and their leadership teams.
Meet Our Coach
Shannon Curley Tower
Shannon partners with leaders to maximize performance, impacting the missions of their organizations. She has spent the past 25 years working with non-profit organizations as a board member, volunteer, frontline fundraiser, consultant, and coach.
She is the founder of Tower Philanthropy, a coaching and consulting firm, and she is a professional certified coach (PCC). She serves on the board of trustees for the Key School, and lives in Annapolis, MD with her husband and two children.
