Erin Lawrence
Director of Marketing & Candidate Research
Erin Lawrence is Director of Marketing & Candidate Research and has been with Sterling Martin since 2013. In her role, Erin sources candidates and oversees database management, while conducting client and candidate research. Her laser focus on detail and her process execution skills have allowed Sterling Martin Associates to serve its clients efficiently and effectively. Erin has conducted candidate sourcing for more than 50 of Sterling Martin Associates’ assignments since she joined the firm. She also directs Sterling Martin Associates’ client marketing research activities.
Additionally, Erin has seven years of experience in recruitment, credentialing, and program management for Army clients, notably Walter Reed National Medical Center and Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. She also served as a Finance and Contracts administrator, working directly with US Army Pacific Command.
Ms. Lawrence also served with distinction for six years as a Personnel Officer in the US Air Force. Her experience in the military and private sector afforded her a unique and versatile skill set that includes recruitment, program management, proposal development, contract management, and client service.
Erin earned a BA in Anthropology from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. She and her family live in Annapolis, MD.
