Washington, D.C. (September 21, 2022) – The Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) recently announced the appointment of Eryn Carter is incoming Executive Director, effective October 11, 2022. Carter has 25 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, policy and program development, fiscal management and governance, and volunteer development.
Carter joins ALA after 25 years serving in progressively larger leadership roles at the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), which has approximately 85,000 members in 80 countries. Carter joined MDRT soon after completing her undergraduate degree and was regularly promoted until her most recent role as Senior Director, Global Markets. In this role, she was responsible to oversee 90 percent of the association’s membership.
Carter is a Certified Association Executive and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Carleton College in Northfield, MN.
