Corinne Combeau brings over 20 years of recruiting experience as a seasoned professional specializing in identifying top-tier talent. She conducts interviews with C-suite and executive-level candidates on behalf of Sterling Martin’s clients.

Corinne has focused much of her career on Federal IT recruiting and holds a top secret clearance, overseeing senior-level recruiting for DOD and civilian agency contracts through her own staffing firm. Throughout her professional journey, she has built recruiting operations from the ground up, trained and managed teams of recruiters, maintained client relationships, and handled sales and government proposals.

Corinne holds a DEA (MBA, Pre-Doctoral Diploma) and a Master’s in International Economics from Sorbonne University in Paris. She has also held leadership roles with the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), including receiving the Regional Distinguished Young AFCEAN Award in 2013. Originally from France, Corinne resides in both Arlington, VA, and Lewes, DE.
