Senior Executive Recruiter
Elizabeth is a Senior Executive Recruiter with Sterling Martin Associates. With more than twenty years of executive search and talent acquisition experience, Elizabeth specializes in assessing, developing and coaching senior talent. A seasoned recruiting leader, her experience includes executive searches for Fortune 50 clients, venture capital firms, and private equity, as well holding senior global talent roles for a Fortune 500 company. An expert in strategy and corporate development, Elizabeth successfully completed about 150 placements in these functions.
Elizabeth began her career as a psychologist working for Project Renewal in New York where she provided comprehensive vocational rehabilitation to homeless individuals. She transitioned to the private sector working for a boutique executive search firm, Hunt Howe Partners, where she led searches in a variety of industries and functions. She then spent nine years at a Fortune 500 company where she led the talent acquisition strategy and operations for several global businesses.
Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s and her Master’s at New York University in English Literature and Counseling Psychology, respectively. She is fluent in Spanish and French, has a passion for travel and hiking. She loves hitting a tennis ball or hiking the Appalachian trails on a Saturday morning.
