IMSA Introduces Catherine Wasner as New Executive Director

Washington, D.C. (June 18, 2024) – The International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) has chosen Catherine Wasner as its next Executive Director. June 17, 2024, marked her first day in the role. 

Wasner brings extensive expertise in leadership, strategy, member services, business development, and chapter management to the position. She joins IMSA from The Next Page, where she served as Founder and Lead Consultant. Her prior experience includes 10 years at the Constructional Financial Management Association, where she started as Director of Chapter Services and was later promoted to Vice President of Member Services and Business Development. She also worked at Eversight, a global nonprofit dedicated to restoring sight and preventing blindness, as Community Relations and Fund Development Manager. 

She earned both a bachelor’s degree in economics and an MBA from Rutgers University. Wasner is also an active and accomplished volunteer, and has donated her time and expertise to serve as Chairperson of the New Jersey Fallen Firefighters Memorial, Treasurer of the Rutgers University Alumni Federation, Board Member of the Rutgers Business School Alumni Association, and Board President of Family Ballpark Memories.
