Amanda Hardgrave

Amanda Hardgrave is Sterling Martin Associates’ Database Manager, having joined the firm in December 2017. Amanda focuses primarily on updating and maintaining Sterling Martin’s database and assists with candidate research. Her focus on detail, organizational skills, and data management experience allow Sterling Martin Associates to build a more organized system to expand its resources in the firm’s executive search assignments.
Amanda previously worked for Chesapeake Research Group as their Data Management Assistant. Her background includes nearly 20 years of administrative work including local government, real estate, and healthcare. She is known for her strong communications skills, excellent customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Amanda’s focused studies in school were business and computers, graduating with honors from Annapolis High School. She currently resides in Glen Burnie, MD.
