Leigh Beal is Vice President of Executive Recruiting for Sterling Martin Associates. Leigh focuses primarily on recruiting CEO’s, Executive Directors, and Presidents for associations and nonprofit organizations.
Leigh has honed her recruiting skills through years of experience with Sterling Martin Associates and prior to that, working for an executive search firm for nonprofit boards. Her clients have included some of the most established names in the association and nonprofit sectors. Earlier in her career, she also spent several years recruiting for private sector companies with a premier executive search firm focused on the financial services, marketing, and entertainment industries.
Leigh has also worked in fundraising and event planning for Enterprise Community Partners, a national nonprofit organization focused on developing affordable housing.
Leigh received her BA from Amherst College, with a double major in Spanish and Psychology.
