Sarah M. Agee
Managing Partner
Sarah M. Agee, based in Costa Mesa, CA, is Managing Partner of Sterling Search Inc.; our California partner. She has been a professional in the executive search industry for 25 years. She specializes in conducting executive searches for nonprofit organizations, primarily on the West Coast. Her early career was spent in the UK running two employment agencies. Sarah’s path led her to the U.S. and eventually to Korn/Ferry International where Sarah worked in their non-profit, education, and healthcare practice.
Sarah serves on numerous nonprofit committees in her community in their effort to raise funds for their annual events. Sarah interfaces with leaders in the nonprofit community to assist them with executive search, governance, organizational development, fiscal responsibility, fundraising and board development.
She was previously the Chair and President of the British American Business Council-Orange County and is currently on the selection committee for the National Human Resources Association and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Educated in England at Gloscat, Sarah currently lives with her family in Newport Beach, CA.
