Stacey Confer
Director of Communications
Stacey Confer is the Director of Communications with Sterling Martin Associates (SMA). She joined SMA in January 2020 and supports all of our senior executive and senior staff searches. Stacey works closely with our clients in the early phases of a search, documenting the ideal background and characteristics desired in the new hire, developing a position description, and creating announcements and outreach communications to promote the search.
Stacey brings 20 years of experience in nonprofit, association, government, and private sector communications. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in English from The Pennsylvania State University.
