Stacy Saltzer is a Senior Executive Recruiter for Sterling Martin Associates. Stacy focuses primarily on recruiting CEO’s, Executive Directors, and Presidents for associations and nonprofit organizations.
Stacy has over 20 years’ experience in Executive Search and Talent Acquisition Consulting, most recently working at IQTalent Partners, a professional services firm that provides full service, on-demand talent acquisition solutions. During her tenure there she was a Senior Engagement Leader who focused on Executive level roles for both funded start-ups and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to IQTalent, Stacy owned her own executive search services firm providing talent acquisition consulting and unbundled executive search services. She started her executive search career at Heidrick & Struggles, where she was a member of the Industrial Practice and handled C-level searches in human resources, marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain.
Stacy received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron with a double major in Political Science and French and a master’s degree from Kent State University in Translation.
