The recent killing of George Floyd while in police custody was unacceptable and shocking to millions across the U.S. and around the world. Sterling Martin Associates is reflecting on our role in promoting diversity and equity in the workplace, and we are recommitting ourselves to fostering inclusion in our search process.
As many speak out against racial injustice, we feel called upon to take a closer look at our practices to ensure we are promoting those principles for our clients.
