Randy Fiser Enters as Interim President & CEO for FBLA

Washington, D.C. (June 5, 2024) – Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) has appointed Randy Fiser as Interim President & CEO. Fiser brings a wide range of executive expertise from both the corporate and nonprofit sectors to the role. 

Fiser’s leadership experience includes serving as Executive Director and CEO of the American Geophysical Union, President and CEO of the American Society of Interior Designers, and Founder and CEO of Advisor 360. He started his career at Booz Allen Hamilton, moved on to become Director of Strategic Planning and Management at the Fannie Mae Foundation, and was then named Director of Corporate Practice at Burson-Marsteller (now Burson Cohn & Wolfe or BCW), a global communications agency. 

He earned a bachelor’s degree from Northern Arizona University, a master’s degree from the University of Georgia, and an MBA from Georgetown University. Fiser is also an active volunteer and is currently an advisory board member at Delos. His previous volunteer roles include serving on the Research Committee of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Research Foundation and as a member of the National Building Museum’s Board of Trustees.
