Senior Executive Recruiter
Sharon Beatty brings more than 25 years of experience to her role as a Senior Executive Recruiter for Sterling Martin Associates. She has a deep understanding of determining the key criteria for open positions, as well as developing and assessing candidates against that criteria. At Sterling Martin Associates, her responsibilities include identifying and screening potential candidates, preparing candidate profiles, and discussing those profiles with search committees.
Before joining Sterling Martin Associates, Sharon owned and operated Executive Search Services for 20 years. The Portland-based firm specialized in helping larger organizations attract Director through SVP-level roles in hard-to-fill positions. Industries included association management, biotech, medical device, healthcare, and manufacturing. Using a consultative approach, Sharon managed senior-level searches and provided candidate development search services for clients across many industries and functions.
Sharon earned a Bachelor of Science degree Business Administration (with an interest in Communications) from Northeastern University. She and her husband reside in Portland, OR. Outside of work, Sharon is an avid home improvement DIYer and enjoys bringing her old home back to life.
