Washington, DC (September 17, 2021) – Sterling Martin Associates, a leading retained executive search firm, announced today that Brian J. Glade will become the firm’s Vice President for Client Services. In his time at Sterling Martin Associates, Brian has served as a Senior Executive Recruiter, responsible for candidate identification and development, as well as interviewing and presenting candidates to clients. In his new role, Brian will take on client development and management activities. He will continue with executive recruitment.

Brian studied at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Bologna, Italy and Washington, DC, and earned a Master’s degree in International Affairs. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Government from the University of Notre Dame. Brian has over 30 years of experience in leadership roles in both trade associations and professional societies.
Prior to joining Sterling Martin Associates, Brian was Managing Director at the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC). AESC is the global body that sets the standards for executive search and leadership consultants worldwide. Before AESC, Brian was Vice President for Global Programs at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and Vice President for Labor Affairs at the US Council for International Business (USCIB). Brian served in Human Resources roles at Texaco Inc. He has been certified as Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
