ULI Hires Kelly Wohlgemuth As New Vice President, Brand

Washington DC – (November 19, 2019) After a national search conducted by Sterling Martin Associates, Urban Land Institute (ULI) has announced Kelly Wohlgemuth as its new Vice President, Brand.

Wohlgemuth brings 12 years of brand marketing and public relations experience to ULI. She most recently served as the Director of Marketing at the National Retail Federation (NRF), where she developed innovative strategies to integrate messaging across all sectors of the NRF, raised awareness and engagement, and led brand development for all NRF Foundation products.

Wohlgemuth will be responsible for strategic stewardship and oversight of ULI’s global brand and creative marketing efforts. In partnership with other departments, she will act as a critical growth driver by developing and executing the strategy through innovative global marketing programs and materials that increase brand awareness and foster membership growth.

Prior to her work with the NRF, Wohlgemuth was Senior Manager of Loyalty Brand Marketing & Communications at Marriott International and the Director of Corporate Partnerships at Trust for the National Mall. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York and a Master of Science from New York University.
